Uttrakhand has a 70 seats in Assembly Legislative with a term of five years. The results of the election will be announced on 11 march 2017. The term of current Legislative Assembly ends on March 18, 2017. Uttrakhand Legislative Assembly election, 2002 were the first Vidhan Sabha (Legislative Assembly) elections of the state. When the Indian National Congress emerged as the largest party with 36 seats in the 70-seat legislature. The Bhartiya Janata Party is the official opposition, holding 19 seats.

About Uttrakhand Legislative Assembly (Vidhan Sabha)

The hill state of Uttrakhand came into existence as an independent state on 9 November, 2000 under the Uttar Pradesh Reorganisation Act, 2000. Before that, it was a part of Uttar Pradesh.

The state was named Uttaranchal at the time of its formation. Its Legislative Assembly had 30 members who were erstwhile members of Uttar Pradesh Legislative Assembly. The first official elections to Uttrakhand legislative assembly was held in February, 2002. Uttaranchal’s name was changed to Uttrakhand on 21 December, 2006. The assembly comprises 71 members out of which 70 are directly and one member is nominated from the Anglo-Indian community. A normal tenure of the assembly is 5 years until dissolved sooner.

उत्तराखंड विधान सभा चुनाव 2017 के निर्वाचन क्षेत्र परिणाम अभी तक नहीं निकले है | इनके परिणाम 11 मार्च, 2017 तक निकालेंगे | उत्तराखंड विधान सभा चुनाव 2017 15 फरवरी से सिंगल फेज में शुरू किये गए थे | उत्तराखंड विधान सभा चुनाव 2017 ख़तम हो चुके है | यहाँ हमने उत्तराखंड विधान सभा चुनाव 2017 के निर्वाचन क्षेत्र परिणाम INC/ BJP/ Uttrakhand Kranti Dal/ BSP दिया है |

उत्तराखंड में 15 फरवरी को विधानसभा चुनावों के बाद जारी किए गए मतदान प्रतिशत के 68 फीसदी के आंकड़ों में छह दिन बाद सुधार करते हुए चुनाव आयोग ने कहा कि प्रदेश में इस बार केवल 65. 64 प्रतिशत लोगों ने ही अपने मताधिकार का प्रयोग किया। उत्तराखंड प्रदेश निर्वाचन कार्यालय द्वारा जारी इन आंकड़ों के अनुसार, इस बार का मत प्रतिशत पांच साल पहले वर्ष 2012 में हुए विधानसभा चुनावों में हुए 67. 22 फीसदी मतदान के आंकड़े को भी नहीं छू सका।

मतदान वाले दिन प्रदेश निर्वाचन कार्यालय ने शाम पांच बजे तक पूरे प्रदेश में 68 फीसदी के साथ मत प्रतिशत का नया रेकार्ड बनने पर खुशी जाहिर करते हुए मतदान केंद्रों में मतदाताओं की कतारों के लगे होने और अंतिम आंकड़ों में मत प्रतिशत के बढ़ने की संभावना जताई थी।
